Questions that pick the right system

Polyurea is a family of products, not one product. A good applicator will ask about:

  • The surface. Concrete, steel, wood, foam or an existing coating, and its condition.
  • Exposure. Chemicals, abrasion, UV, standing water or drinking water.
  • Movement. Cracks, joints and expansion the coating needs to bridge.
  • Conditions. Temperatures and moisture during application and in service.
  • Downtime. How fast the area needs to be back in use.
